Cynthia MacGregor

Prolific author Cynthia MacGregor has had over 100 books published (not self-published), roughly half as print books and the other half as e-books. This does not include books she has ghostwritten. You can learn more about them on the Books page of her website, www.cynthiamacgregor.com.

In addition to books, she has written ads, catalog copy, press releases, and other business materials, website copy, and the scripts for two short promotional videos. Her articles have appeared both on the web and in print.

She has written over a dozen one-act plays, some for adults and some for kids, all but one of which were produced by the now-defunct community theatre group The Palm Springs Players—that’s Palm Springs FL, not its more famous namesake in California. Two of her one-act plays are scheduled to be staged by another South Florida theatre group, Stage Left, during their 2015/2016 season. In addition, one of her plays (for kids) was given a 12-week run in New York.

She has also written song lyrics, primarily for songs for kids.

In her editorial capacity she has edited magazines, books, web copy, and “white papers,” among other assignments.  She edits books both for authors and for publishers.

For two seasons she produced and hosted Solo Parenting on WHDT in the South Florida viewing area. More recently she produced and hosted Younger Every Day, aimed at Boomers and Seniors, and broadcast on the same station.
